Jack Endres is the Vice President of Operations, U.S. Original Equipment for the MANN+HUMMEL Group. He is part of the group’s senior executive team responsible for Original Equipment (OE) operations within the United States. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the U.S. facilities that produce MANN+HUMMEL’s innovative solutions for the passenger car and heavy duty markets. A native of Kentucky, Jack was later raised and schooled in Southwest Michigan where he has remained.
He has been with the MANN+HUMMEL Group since 1997 and has held several different positions throughout his over 20-year career with the company. These positions include Director of Operations, Director of Manufacturing Engineering, and Director of Engineering Americas Region. He also served as Global Operations Coordinator for the company in Sonneberg, Germany.
Jack holds 27 years’ experience in the automotive industry, including 17 years of global engineering leadership. He earned his Bachelor of Science – Manufacturing Engineering Technology degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, is a Certified Manufacturing Technologist and also possesses a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Jack is a member of numerous councils including the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) and Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE).
Jack lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan, is married, and has two children. He enjoys volunteering his time to the SOLO Organization that teaches the mentally challenged to alpine ski. This year will be his ninth season of teaching through the Timber Ridge Ski Resort.
