Weekday Space Rental Rate (Minimum 4 hours) – Monday through Thursday
Chamber/Council Members:
- ≤ 4 hours – $600
- 5 hours – $750
- 6 hours – $900
- 7 hours – $1,050
- 8 hours – $1,200
- 9 hours – $1,350
Non-Members:
- ≤ 4 hours – $800
- 5 hours – $1,000
- 6 hours – $1,200
- 7 hours – $1,400
- 8 hours – $1,600
- 9 hours – $1,800
Weekdays After-Hours Surcharge (before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm)**
- Members – $125/hour
- Non-Members – $175/hour
Weekend Space Rental Rate (Full Day Rental ONLY) – Friday through Sunday
- $3,000/day
- All weekend events require a food and beverage minimum spend

**Weekday afterhours (after 5:00 pm and before 8:00 am) surcharge of $125-$175 per hour will be required for rentals, in addition to the rental rate. Facilities are available for evening events until 10:00 pm.
