Justine Griffin, CMP
Juggler of all the details.
The earliest record of juggling can be found on an Ancient Egyptian tomb of an unknown prince. Forever associated with the idea of keeping multiple balls in the air at the same time, Justine Griffin gives the art an added twist. While attending Western Michigan University, Justine was known to simultaneously and successfully hold four jobs without the bat of an eye.
Now on the Southwest Michigan First team, Justine’s enthusiasm, exuberance and tireless energy allow her to keep multiple “balls” in the air. Her ability to connect with people combined with her eye for the details is what makes her most valuable on our accounting team, where she’ll never miss a beat while crunching the numbers.
Prior to joining Southwest Michigan First, Justine found her passion for community leadership while working at The Greg Jennings Foundation where her outstanding work ethic was recognized as part of the Leadership Kalamazoo Class of 2011.
All jugglers need some down time. During hers, Justine loves to take in a good movie with friends, dive into a good book, spend time with family or catch up on her favorite TV show while relaxing at home.
