Talent

Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines talent as:

  1. any of several ancient units of weight | a unit of value equal to the value of talent of gold or silver
  2. a characteristic feature, aptitude or disposition of a person or animal
  3. the natural endowments of a person
  4. a special often athletic creative or artistic aptitude or general intelligence or mental power
  5. a person of talent or a group of persons of talent in a field or activity

We agree that a company’s true “gold” is its talent. A company’s talent strategy is as important as any other part of its organizational strategy.
