Submit Site

To be considered for inclusion in the Southwest Michigan First Sites & Locations database, entries must meet the criteria below. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for sites that represent unique opportunities.

 

Industrial

Sites suitable for manufacturing, distribution centers or warehouses with at least 10,000 square feet of contiguous space.

Office

Sites suitable for offices or call centers with at least 5,000 square feet of contiguous space.

Land

Sites at least 3 acres in size
and be zoned for office or
industrial use.
