To be considered for inclusion in the Southwest Michigan First Sites & Locations database, entries must fit the following criteria:


Industrial


Office


Land
Sites suitable for manufacturing, distribution centers or warehouses with at least 10,000 square feet of contiguous space.
 Sites suitable for offices or call centers with at least 5,000 square feet of contiguous space.
Sites at least 3 acres in size.
