| Brief Description of Internship: |
| This is a Member and Employee Communications and Marketing Internship designed to provide a college student an opportunity to aid the marketing department in the execution of the marketing plan and member communications, to work with the employee relations department to enhance staff communications, and support various staff in event planning and execution. |

| Responsibilities: |
| An internship begins by attending our 1 week New Hire Celebration orientation program. The majority of your internship will be spent working with our Marketing and Employee relations departments. |

| Required Experience: |
| Demonstrated skill in Photoshop and InDesign, with a minimum of one college level class in each software program. Successfully completed 300 level courses in advertising or social media marketing. Volunteer experience or related work experience in field of study. Demonstrated skill in business writing. Portfolio of design or campaign work. |

| Preferred Educational Background: |
| College Juniors or Seniors with a declared major in Marketing. Demonstrated skill in photoshop and InDesign, with a minimum of one college level class in each software program. Successfully completed 300 level courses in advertising or social media marketing. |

| Time Requirement: |
| This is a 400 hour internship to be completed between May 1 and Sept. 1, 2010. |
