Donald R. Parfet

Donald R. Parfet is managing director of Apjohn Group LLC, a business development firm focused on creating new commercial opportunities in the life sciences industries. Prior to founding the Apjohn Group, he was a senior vice president at Pharmacia.

He is a trustee of the W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research, trustee and the past chairman of the board of Bronson Healthcare Group, chair of the board of the Kalamazoo College Board of Trustees, a board member of Kelly Services, Inc. and MPI Research and chairman of the Managing Directors of the Southwest Michigan Innovation Center.

Donald received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Arizona in 1975 and his MBA degree in finance from the University of Michigan in 1977.
