Megan's duties center on fostering relationships with companies throughout the Kalamazoo Region and educating business leaders on the services provided by Southwest Michigan First's Council of 100 and how those services can benefit their organizations. As the Director of Member Services, she is charged with increasing membership of the Council of 100 and ensuring the continued satisfaction of existing members.

Megan graduated from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business in April 2006 with a Bachelor in Business Administration majoring in Sales and Business Marketing. She was a member of the Sales and Business Marketing Association at WMU and an active participant in her sorority, Sigma Kappa, with significant philanthropic work throughout all four years of college.  Megan is a coach with the Kalamazoo chapter of the Girls on the Run program.
