Leslie serves as the first point of communication for Southwest Michigan First enabling the organization to remain in contact with local businesses, national target industries and site decision influencers. Leslie provides scheduling and support duties for the Chief Executive Officer. Leslie is responsible for all office administrative tasks ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the organization run smoothly, including the performance of special projects.

Leslie graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.  Prior to joining Southwest Michigan First, she worked for the Kalamazoo Wings Hockey Club where she assisted with promotions, sales, event planning and community relations.
