Jackie's role at Southwest Michigan First is to compile measured analysis of existing companies within the Kalamazoo Region in order for Southwest Michigan First to provide these companies with a market gauge for expansion opportunities, potential to diversity, barriers to growth, management efficacy, workforce productivity, technology solutions and supplier availability.

Jackie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University and has been in the community for the past 20 years. She is a licensed realtor in the State of Michigan and is a Certified Destination Specialist. Jackie's experience selling Southwest Michigan has provided her an in-depth knowledge of the community and all of the wonderful resources available.
